Chocolate lovers, listen up! This chocolate chip pancake recipe topped with creamy chocolate sauce & topped with a raspberry Whip and fresh raspberries will send you to chocolate marshmallow heaven!
1 packet of Griddle choc-chip pancakes
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup of your favourite chocolate
Handful of raspberries
Jar of Mallow & Marsh raspberry fluff
1) Put the pan on medium heat and add the coconut milk and half a cup of chocolate pieces
2) Whisky until the chocolate has completely melted and you have a smooth, silky chocolate sauce
3) Toast Griddle’s Chocolate Chip pancakes
4) Pour over the warm chocolate coconut drizzle and top with a big heap of Raspberry Whip and fresh raspberries
5) Tuck in!
